To begin with, a Zest Creations consultant will meet with you in the comfort of your home at a time convenient to you. You will be led through a series of questions to help establish what the important features of your wedding video are. At this stage there is no commitment to purchase.

Once you decide to choose Zest Creations as your personal videographers you will be required to pay a deposit. Eight weeks prior to your wedding you will be sent information with regards to planning the coverage of your day. This gives you the opportunity to decide you would like and put some key items together before our meeting. This is the time to reveal any special requests, or preferences. For example, you may want us to focus on a particular element of the ceremony, or you may have a special song that you want featured in the final edit. The options are endless!

Your consultant will coordinate the required shots, locations, times, and any special requests. Now that your requirements have been established your consultant will discuss the look and feel of your video and explain your coverage requirements to your camera operator.

Six weeks before the wedding, we visit each venue and ensure all the shots will be possible and note down any foreseeable problems for discussion. This will help us visualise how the day will unfold. You can choose to be a part of this process, or you can simply leave it to us.
